Software Engineering Manager in Test

As a QA Automation Manager, you will work with an expansive network of global technology partners, making it possible to reach travelers across the globe and at every stage of their journey. Koddi's partners include Google, Facebook, TripAdvisor, and many more. The right candidates for this position are self-motivated problem solvers who can lead technical projects from design, implementation, deployment, and monitoring.

• Lead testing of updates and new releases of software
• Assist in the creation and implementation of automation framework and scripts
• Participate in deployment and user acceptance testing during releases
• Assist in building automated test strategies, writing and executing test plans, filling defect reports, and communicating issues, risk, and product quality
• Provide criteria for automated regression testing and monitor progress of release and regression testing
• Collaborate with the Development and QA teams to ensure the effectiveness and quality of product
• Update existing automated tests and execute test cases for new requirements
• Review documentation to ensure technical accuracy and completeness
• Review and monitor escalated incidents and assist the team in achieving resolution as needed
• Assis in identifying and executing on opportunities to improve the QA automation process
• Administer and monitor progress of projects and special assignments
• Lead team members, including involvement with hiring and termination decisions, performance evaluations, and day-to-day coaching and training

• 5+ years of technical experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical work experience
• Advanced in developing automated tests
• Advanced in development processes and SDLC
• Advanced in testing databases, including changes
• Advanced with Agile methodologies
• Advanced SQL, Web Technologies, .NET scripting
• Expert knowledge of Python, JavaScript, C#, Java
• Working experience with developing and executing quality assurance test scripts and plans
• Expert in testing frameworks like Cypress or Go
