Software Engineer/Software Engineer, SR

• Must currently reside in the state of Georgia within a reasonable commuting distance of our Alpharetta office
  
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience is required
  
• 2-10 years’ experience in web development and design (senior with 5+ years’ experience) is required
  
• Tax or financial accounting systems development experience preferred
  
• History of managing and implementing software development following formal SDLC processes
  
• Proficiency in Python for data processing, integrations, and automation
  
• Hands-on experience with AWS, including Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and IAM, and with serverless, event-driven design
  
• Expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework, including server-side application and API development
  
• Strong SQL and relational database skills with MySQL, including schema design, query tuning, and data integrity
  
• Experience building front-end applications with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+), including component design, state management, HTML, and CSS
  
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing is preferred
