Location: Smart Village (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a Flutter developer to join our engineering team in a hybrid setup. You will play a key role in developing scalable, high-performance mobile applications that support innovative healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making.
Mentor junior developers and support team growth.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently.
Ensure applications comply with healthcare data security and standards.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
3–7+ years of experience in mobile application development.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.
Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
Proficiency with Git and modern development workflows.
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in healthcare or medical imaging domains (e.g., PACS, DICOM).
Knowledge of native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift).
Experience with state management approaches (Bloc, Provider, and Riverpod).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with testing frameworks (unit, widget, and integration testing).
