Software Procurement Coordinator

One of our top state clients is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join their team. This individual will be supporting a variety of efforts including: managing and processing requests from internal team members, providing guidance on approval processes, communicating with vendors/stakeholders for updates, and assisting in submitting documentation to various approvers. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and be very detail oriented. They must have extensive experience managing projects, dealing directly with customers, and with vendor management. Strong leadership experience is a plus. This role is remote however the candidate must be able to be onsite day one if chosen for the opportunity for onboarding.

Must Haves:
2+ years of experience in a project coordinator or manager role supporting a variety of efforts including facilitating and processing requests and managing approval processes
Extensive experience working with stakeholders/clients face to face
Experience in vendor management
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice to Haves:
Bachelor's Degree in business-related studies with a minor in MIS or IT infrastructure
