Software Product Engineer

Job Summary

Premier Global Links LLC is seeking an experienced Product Engineer for an innovative AI and engineering technology company in San Francisco. This role is ideal for a hands-on full-stack engineer who can build customer-facing applications, develop end-to-end product workflows, and transform advanced AI research into practical engineering software.

You will work across frontend, backend, APIs, data systems, and visualization to develop reliable product experiences for engineering simulation and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer-facing product features and full-stack applications.
• Develop interactive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Design, develop, and integrate backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Build workflows for importing CAD files, 3D geometry, simulation data, and engineering datasets.
• Develop tools for configuring model jobs, monitoring simulations, and visualizing results.
• Create features for comparing AI-generated predictions against engineering benchmarks.
• Build and maintain data models, integrations, and product infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with research, platform engineering, leadership, and customers.
• Turn complex technical research into reliable, repeatable engineering workflows.
• Take ownership of product development from design and implementation through deployment.

Required Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with frontend development, APIs, and backend/data systems.
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Professional experience with Python and REST API development.
• Ability to independently build and deliver end-to-end product features.
• Experience developing customer-facing software applications and workflows.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with engineering software, simulation platforms, or technical applications.
• Familiarity with CAD/3D geometry, engineering datasets, or scientific computing workflows.
• Experience with data visualization, model evaluation, or complex data-driven applications.
• Interest in artificial intelligence, physics-based AI, and industrial technology.

A background in physics or engineering simulation is not required. Curiosity about AI and engineering applications is highly valued.

Work Environment

• Full-time, on-site position in the SoMa area of San Francisco, near Salesforce Tower and Oracle Park.
• Five days per week working in person with a collaborative engineering team.
• Lunch and dinner provided daily.
• Opportunity to work directly with researchers, technical leadership, and customers on advanced AI products.

Work Authorization

Visa transfers are considered, including active and transferable OPT and H-1B status. Some customer engagements may have additional work-authorization or access requirements.
