Software Product Manager AIx (Lab Digitization and Automation )Platform

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year roadmap for digital applications for lab operations, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and lab operational goals. Quantify and track product KPIs around automation, data integrity, cycle time, and user adoption. Lead the transition from fragmented legacy workflows to unified, scalable platforms, collaborating with architects and engineering. Analyze, optimize, and document end-to-end processes to drive operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Facilitate MVP scoping, governance for upgrades, and new features; define clear problem statements, success metrics, and acceptance criteria. Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, DevOps, design, product operations) to deliver high-quality releases on time; maintain clear release notes. Lead readiness with GIS, AIx, and BU teams, including training plans and rollout communications for lab applications. Drive training and adoption programs across user communities; capture feedback to inform backlog prioritization and roadmap iteration. Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering, or related field. 10+ years in product management, program management, enterprise systems, or related fields with progressive responsibility. Proven experience with lab automation systems; familiarity with lab operations and process/metrology workflows. Expertise collaborating on cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS/GCP), microservices, and enterprise integration patterns. Demonstrated ability to analyze, optimize, and document complex business processes with strong stakeholder engagement across BU, GIS, and LabOps.
