The responsibilities can include, but are not limited to: defining a software development plan in alignment with program and business teams, coordinating software design team in designing critical features and functions, managing the software development life cycle, including all documentation and process deliverables, leading software change review board, facilitating the execution of software implementation using Agile/Scrum methodologies, coordinating with other R&D teams (hardware, embedded software and systems) to ensure product-level requirements are met and overseeing design qualification via unit, functional and workflow testing.
Education and Experience:
Minimum of a Bachelorâs Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Scientific discipline.
Minimum of 3 years of post-educational professional experience in the healthcare / life sciences domain.
Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Prior experience and consistent track record leading complex projects.
Experience driving and delivering projects which involve integration with multiple different teams.
Ability to create and execute plans while constructively dealing and reducing ambiguity.
Ability to communicate aspects of the project and filter messaging based on the target audience.
Unafraid to ask hard questions.
A deeply curious mindset about new ideas.
