Job Description - Software Sales Rep - Full Cycle

This role is focused on helping software platforms, agencies, and data -driven businesses expand their offerings through direct mail — seamlessly integrated into their current systems.

Your Mission

You’ll be having strategic conversations around automation, scalability, and how physical mail fits into modern marketing workflows.

Work Hours

  • Full -time in -office position
  • Monday - Friday from 9:00am–6:00pm with a 1 -hour lunch

Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and engage software companies and tech -enabled businesses
  • Guide prospects through integration -focused sales conversations
  • Manage deals from initial outreach to close
  • Develop relationships that lead to ongoing volume and repeat business

If you value developing long -term client partnerships and closing impactful, recurring deals, you’ll excel in this position.



Requirements

  • Experience in selling over the phone is a plus but NOT required.
  • Software Sales Experience or a Tech background is a plus but NOT required.
  • Outgoing, a natural extrovert, and can have a conversation with anyone.
  • No fear of technology – comfortable with software.
  • Ability to multi -task and correctly prioritize without stressing out.
  • Self -Starter Mentality
  • Persistent and can get things done despite obstacles/barriers.
  • Excellent team player and willing to help others as needed.
  • You want to earn a LOT of money!
