Software/Systems (Controls) Engineer

Role Responsibilities:\n\n * Design and develop code for complex software solutions for semiconductor equipment components and devices\n\n * Develop software documentation and test procedures\n\n * Troubleshoot a variety of difficult software problems. Design and implement bug fixes\n\n * Define software specifications and test plans for simulators, test benches or the lab\n\n * Communicate with internal and external customers for requirement analysis, project schedule and software troubleshooting\n\n * Coordinate with Cross-Functional Engineering teams including EE, ME, Systems, and Physics to design and release solutions to high value problems\n\n\n\n\n \nMinimum Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelor\u0027s degree in computer science or related field, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineer, Software/System Engineering\n * 4\u20137 years of related experience\n\n * Proficiency and experience in C/C++, Visual Studio, Operating Systems, Networking principles, Algorithms, Multi-threading, RPC, Motion-Control\n\n\n\n\n \nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n * Master\u2019s degree in a related field \n\n * Strong knowledge of industry best practices, key business drivers, and how your area of expertise integrates with others \n\n * Leadership skills to lead small projects as needed \n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n4 - 7 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 10% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nEmployee Referral (Standard)\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$132,000.00 - $181,500.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
