Job Description - Solar Bears Solar Squad

Responsibilities:

Engage and interact with fans in the arena and at community events.

Assist with the coordination and distribution of promotional items during games.

Execute in-game promotions in the stands.

Accompany Shades for meet and greets and suite visits.

All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School graduate or equivalent experience required.

Dance experience preferred.

Experience engaging a large crown preferred.

Outgoing personality, energetic, guest service oriented.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk and run for 2-3 hours per game

Ability to throw promotional items up to 5 pounds
