Job Description - Solar Consultant (Community Solar)

Join Our Team as a Sales Agent at Community Solar

Are you passionate about renewable energy and eager to make a positive impact in your community? At Community Solar, we are seeking dedicated Sales Agents to promote our community solar initiatives. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to educate homeowners about the benefits of community solar programs and help them transition to cleaner energy solutions.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Engaging with potential clients to explain the advantages of community solar options available to them.
  • Utilizing our "PRE-SET" leads to efficiently connect with interested individuals.
  • Delivering informative and compelling presentations to prospective customers.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and trust in our services.
  • Following up with leads to convert inquiries into signed agreements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to exceed set targets and drive community engagement.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are crucial!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage customers.

  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong passion for renewable energy.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary for client visits.
