Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Engage potential customers in a warm and welcoming manner, discussing the perks of solar energy.
• Provide personalized consultations to understand individual needs and show how solar can be the right fit.
• Educate homeowners about the significant savings and environmental benefits of solar energy.
• Support clients throughout the installation process, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
• Build strong relationships by delivering exceptional service and follow-up for lasting satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for renewable energy and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, engaging approach.
• A proactive mindset, eager to learn and grow within the industry.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are what truly matter!
• A valid driver's license is necessary for this role.

Base Salary Plus Commissions
