Pay: $25 - $38/ Hourly 

Location: Manfield, MA HQ Location 

Schedule: M-F

What will you be doing on a daily basis?

• Work under the supervision of a team foreman to comply with all job requirements including safety, electrical code, etc.
• Work together in a team atmosphere on the installation of solar and other renewable products that Summit offers per company standards
• As a solar installer/solar electrical apprentice, you are considered an electrical apprentice and will be required to learn and adapt to any code changes or company policy changes.
• Maintain a professional and workman-like mindset
• Some customer interaction
• Swiftly report any delays or problems to supervisors.
• Ensure the quality of completed projects

Requirements

 What is needed to be successful? 

• Adhere to Summit’s company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe healthy workplace.
• Required to adhere to scheduling and placement of jobs set forth by immediate supervisor 
• Will have to work with multiple different teams across the company and will require adaptability and attention to detail. 
• Weight requirements; employee must be able to lift up to 100 lbs 
• Required to work on ladders and roofs while upholding dafty guidelines 
• Must be able to work with hand and electrical power tools
• Must have a valid driver's license 
• Will perform electrical work under the supervision of a licensed electrician
