Job Title: Solar Lead Generator
Location: Local (need to be in commutable distance) but with Hybrid flexibility
Job Type: Full or Part Time/Commission-Based 1099 Contractor
Compensation: $50 to $4,000 per Qualified Lead

Job Description:
We’re seeking enthusiastic and motivated Solar Lead Generators to be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers. Your role is to identify interested prospects, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our sales consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with homeowners and business owners through door-to-door canvassing, events, or inbound inquiries
- Educate potential customers on solar energy benefits
- Qualify leads based on interest and property compatibility
- Schedule appointments for solar consultations
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly lead generation goals
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or canvassing is a plus, but not required
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
