Key Responsibilities:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to generate leads
- Set qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants to conduct full presentations
- Help homeowners lower their electricity bills and understand the benefits of solar energy
- Represent Clark Energies professionally and respectfully in the field
- Build trust and rapport with prospective clients
- Leverage referrals and community outreach to expand your network
- Attend weekly team trainings to stay sharp and improve your performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly coachable, positive attitude, and driven to succeed
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends (when homeowners are available)
- Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods
- Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus—but not required
Requirements:
