Solar Service Coordinator

This is a full-time, direct placement role at Citadel Roofing and Solar.

Job Description: Drive growth and profitability of the company through supporting the Solar Customer Service Department with service request intake, data entry, job assignments, scheduling, and billing.

Responsibilities:

• Must be highly organized and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively.

• Accounting administration including but not limited to data entry, invoicing, and seeking labor reimbursement as needed for various manufacturer warranty work completed.

• Investigate, remote troubleshoot, schedule site visits for Solar Service Department related work orders from various Builder/Service Partners and provide timely updates to customers.

• Assist as needed with a high volume of customer service inquiries for the Solar Service Department.

• Answer inbound calls and emails as needed from customers in accordance with established service level agreements.

• Providing excellent customer service and documenting all information in the required tracking system.

• Provide remote troubleshooting assistance to customers, and at times work with manufacturers when advanced troubleshooting is required.

• Coordinate scheduling site visits and reviewing post visit results from field service technicians.

• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build rapport and establish/ maintain working relationships with customers, peers, and managers.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous solar or renewable energy experience preferred.
