The London Group excels in delivering meaningful customer engagement by transforming Solar Retail's technological leadership into effortless, value-driven experiences across the Tampa & Clearwater market. We are currently seeking a committed and customer-centric Solar Solutions Representative to play a vital role in upholding service excellence and helping clients fully realize the benefits of clean, renewable energy.

As a Solar Solutions Representative, you’ll receive in-depth training on the solar ecosystem and our unique offerings, equipping you to deliver standout customer experiences from day one. You’ll lead needs assessments, craft tailored proposals, and build lasting client relationships through empathy, clarity, and initiative, driving satisfaction, loyalty, and solar adoption across Tampa and Clearwater.

Solar Solutions Representative Requirements

  • Serve as the primary contact for prospective solar clients, understanding their needs through friendly, informative conversations about energy consumption.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns regarding utility costs or environmental impact and recommend tailored solar solutions or upgrades.
  • Clearly explain solar product features, installation processes, financing options, and incentives to build customer confidence in their solar investment.
  • Create customized solar proposals using specialized software, detailing projected savings and system specifications.
  • Resolve initial customer questions and objections efficiently and empathetically, ensuring high customer satisfaction with the solar journey.
  • Support account updates, system design changes, and new client onboarding processes for solar installations.
  • Escalate complex technical or financial issues appropriately to maintain smooth resolution flow.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems to ensure follow-through and reporting accuracy on all solar sales activities.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve outreach and service strategies for Solar Retail.
  • Ensure compliance in all interactions with 0–2 years of customer experience, strong communication, and a quick, solutions-oriented mindset.
