Electronic Soldering Assembler (Full-Time)

Location: NW Houston.
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week Mon - Thurs 7am to 5:30pm /Friday 7am to 5:30pm/ Sat 7am-12pm - overtime base on business needs.
Hourly Pay: $16/h - $17/h, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assemble a variety of mechanical and/or electrical instruments with precision and care.
- Adhere to ISO-9001 practices and procedures to ensure high-quality assembly.
- Verify inventory accuracy according to detailed work order instructions.
- Complete daily production reports, contributing to effective workflow tracking.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment by following company safety protocols and optimizing workspace organization.
- Embrace change and adapt proactively to evolving tasks and challenges.

Qualifications:

- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Availability for four 10-hour shifts per week.
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Two years or more of manufacturing light assembly experience.
- A minimum of three years of soldering experience, specifically with electrical circuit boards.
- Ability to follow intricate assembly instructions and processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, prints, and relevant assembly, testing, and QMS (Quality Management System) procedures.
