Solid-Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) For Complex B2B Platform

We’re looking for a seriously strong Product Designer who loves complexity, thinks in systems, and knows how to turn messy technical workflows into products people actually enjoy using. If designing CRUD dashboards is your comfort zone - this role probably isn’t for you. What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end UX/UI for complex B2B web applications
• Design workflows for developers, data teams, analysts, and AI users
• Turn highly technical systems into intuitive experiences
• Build scalable design systems and reusable UX patterns
• Work directly with Product & Engineering on core product decisions
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Figma AI, etc.) as part of your daily workflow
• Help define next-generation AI-native product experiences

Must Have

• 3+ years designing complex B2B web products (not mobile apps)
• Experience designing systems for:
• Developers
• Data teams
• Technical enterprise users
• Complex workflows
• Strong UX thinking + strong visual/UI skills
• Advanced Figma skills
• Experience building design systems
• Ability to deeply understand technical products and workflows
• Strong portfolio with complex systems work

Huge Plus

• AI product experience
• Experience with developer tools / data platforms / analytics products
• Experience using AI tools inside the design process
• Startup experience
• Obsession with simplifying complexity
