Position is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm with the ability to work additional hours as needed.

Position is located at 921 W Monroe, Lowell, AR

Preferred Qualifications: Banking/Financial Services experience, Data Analysis/SQL experience

Job Title: Solution Analyst

The Solution Analyst at Arvest analyzes, designs, and implements solutions for small to medium-sized complex business problems to align with organizational goals. They work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to understand the needs of the organization and develop effective solutions that meet those needs within Integrated Account Servicing (IAS) via the Business Design project pipeline. They focus on efficiency and continuous improvement by conducting cost/benefit analyses and tracking project impacts.

Using a human-centered approach, the Solution Analyst will integrate best practices in understanding, design thinking, and business strategy to approach innovation and solutions. As a member of the business design team, a Solution Analyst will partner with the assistance of Solution Design Strategists to develop division-wide solutions to operational problems. They use stakeholder feedback and input from operational customers to develop effective solutions that meet their needs, wants, and challenges.

What You'll Do at Arvest:

• Own the complete solutioning process from start to finish, which includes gathering project requirements, defining and determining project scope, conducting internal customer interviews, drafting requirements, and building process maps. Fulfill similar functions with the Project Intake Committee (PIC) projects residing in the Business Design arena including effectively navigating the committee and its stakeholders and being thorough in extracting the information necessary to fulfill requirements documentation.
• Examine operational processes to determine opportunities for improving efficiencies through the use of technology. Provide solutions and make recommendations to the Business Design team on more complex challenges.
• Execute project plans; coordinate tasks, and support development, product testing, product training, and communication to reach on-time completion of assigned projects.
• Communicate expectations of the solutions being described to Business Design, broader IAS, Engineers, and business units including, but not limited to, the impact of change and cost benefits.
• Serve as a liaison between the operational business unit, engineers, and support teams for facilitating communications and updates across the project and solution life cycle. Coordinate deployment and measurement of technical solutions to drive the delivery of key milestones. Identify potential risks and conflicting requirements during the project analysis phase, escalate to the Solution Design Strategists as appropriate.
• Develop analytical techniques for assessing informational needs for both functional and non-functional requirements.
• Assist Solution Design Strategists with testing new releases/products specific to IAS areas prior to installation, when necessary.
• Collaborate with compliance team to ensure customer facing activities are accurately accounted for, performing analyses and reporting back results.
• Evaluate and resolve day to day issues for business design processes and solutions.
• Research and recommend software necessary to implement changes.
• Calculate annual or one-time cost savings for implementing and/or changing a specific function or process. Report results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Understand and comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to your job duties. This includes but is not limited to; complete compliance training and adhere to internal procedures and controls; report any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations and report any suspicious customer and/or account activity.

Responsibilities:

Toolbox for Success:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics or related field or relevant work or military experience.
• 2 years general work experience and/or serving in a college internship capacity.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and designing technical solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with the basic concepts of RPA and cloud development.
• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.

Preferred:
• Experience in data discovery and data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.

Pay Range:

$59440 - $70585 per year
