Role Overview

The Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the bridge between U.S. enterprise customers and global engineering/R&D teams, focusing on AI, LLM integration, cloud products, and technical customer success. Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with customer engineering, data science, and AI teams
• Deeply understand customer LLM use cases, architectures, and enterprise AI deployment needs

• Deliver remote or on‑site technical support for AI/LLM and cloud platform deployments

Requirements

Technical Expertise

• 1–2+ years in IT, cloud computing, enterprise technology, or related engineering fields
• Strong understanding of:

  • AI/LLM platforms and integration workflows
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Claude, or similar cutting‑edge AI systems
• Demonstrated capability to troubleshoot technical issues and deliver hands-on support

• Experience in BD, Pre‑Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or Solutions Architecture
