Role Overview

Are you a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of Microsoft and Salesforce ecosystems? We are looking for a Solution Architect to serve as our technical authority, translating complex business strategies into scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise architectures.

In this role, you won’t just design systems; you’ll shape the foundation of our fast-scaling environment by ensuring our platforms work in perfect harmony.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Architectural Leadership: Define end-to-end solutions across Azure, M365, Dynamics, Power Platform, and Salesforce (Sales & Service Clouds).


• System Integration: Design robust blueprints for APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures to ensure seamless data flow.


• Standards & Governance: Establish the "gold standard" for design patterns, security, and maintainability across the enterprise.


• Strategic Advisory: Partner with Product Owners to bridge the gap between functional needs and technical execution, while guiding "build vs. buy" decisions.


• Technical Oversight: Mentor implementation teams, manage technical debt, and ensure every solution aligns with our long-term modernization roadmap.

What you will bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• Experience: 8–10+ years in Solution Architecture or senior technical design within complex, large-scale environments.


• Platform Mastery: Deep architectural knowledge of the Microsoft Ecosystem (Azure, Dynamics, Power Platform) and/or Salesforce.


• Integration Expertise: Proven ability to design REST APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems.


• Strategic Communication: The ability to explain high-level architectural decisions to executives while diving deep into the weeds with developers.


• Modern Mindset: Strong grasp of cloud-native principles, security-by-design, and scalability risks.

Ideally you have…

• Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Salesforce Architect, or equivalent.


• Data & DevOps: Experience with enterprise data modeling, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).


• Industry Context: Previous experience in asset-intensive or operationally complex industries.
