Job Description - Solution Manager

Job Title: Solution Manager  
Position Type: FTE - Permanent  
Location: San Francisco, CA (On-site, flexible schedule, relocation required)  
Salary Range: USD $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Job Description:  
As a Solution Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient integration of new customers into our products and services. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive onboarding programs, managing customer relationships, and providing ongoing support post-implementation. Youll be the main point of contact during and after onboarding, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, promoting engagement, and driving long-term retention and satisfaction. This role blends excellent communication skills, project management, and customer success mindset.

Responsibilities:  
- Work independently under Onboarding Manager to achieve monthly activation goals and deliver high-quality customer interactions.  
- Design and implement onboarding processes, coordinate with departments, and track onboarding milestones.  
- Serve as the main contact for new customers, maintain strong relationships, and address issues during onboarding and after go-live.  
- Continuously gather feedback to improve onboarding, products, and customer experience.  
- Conduct on-site onboarding and remote network assessments; collaborate with restaurant owners to implement customized onboarding plans.  
- Empower clients to use POS systems effectively and manage daily operations.  
- Manage multiple onboarding projects in your region simultaneously.

Requirements:  
- Bachelors degree.  
- 3+ years experience in a role related to customer satisfaction and business operations (e.g., Restaurant GM).  
- 1+ years experience using POS systems in the service industry.  
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, training, or customer success roles.  
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities.  
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.  
- Experience in tech or SaaS companies.  
- Bonus: Product Manager or Project Manager background.  
- Bonus: Network certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP).  
- 2 years experience in Windows and hardware support (preferred).  
- Drivers License (required).  
- Must be willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
