We’re looking for a Solution Manager to join our team and lead strategic pre-sale engagements with tier-1 customers.
As Solution Manager you’ll make an impact on:
Leading lengthy pre-sale engagements with tier-1 customers, including ideation, design finalization, and RFI/RFP timely submissions
Managing indirectly, R&D, Product Management, and Project Management professionals, to form an optimal design and delivery plan of the solution based on customer’s needs
Advising senior management on each engagement’s P&L, while minimizing risks and adhering to Cognyte’s internal legal and financial guidelines
Setting customer needs internally in order to impact Cognyte’s product roadmap so that we can maintain our position as industry leader
Your tool box:
Detail-oriented professional who is exceptionally good at multidiscipline in-bound and out-bound process management, analysis and problem-solving.
Crafting compelling well-structured proposals, solution briefs, and customer-facing materials that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
Working closely with strategic customers and business partners, so excellent English skills both communications and presentations are required.
Good business orientation, with a comprehensive understanding of financial policies and strategic goals
Team player, capable of leveraging personal soft skills to achieve goals while working with various internal functions
Domain expertise in a sector/industry driven by technology such as Telecommunications, Cyber, Analytics Solutions, IT Infrastructure, Big-Data and Artificial Intelligence – an advantage.
Previous experience in a Sales, Pre-Sale, Solution Manage Roles – an advantage
