Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

- Must be a US Citizen

- Requires current CI poly within last seven (07) years.
- Eighteen (18) years of experience with a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
- Experience developing products and/or managing engineering activities in software, systems, or technical development environments.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating complex technical programs involving multiple Agile Release Trains, engineering organizations, or technical suppliers.
- Strong understanding of Agile at scale, particularly the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), in a cyber-centric Department of Defense program environment.
- Experience supporting DoD contracts, military programs, or other government technology initiatives.
- Background in cybersecurity, cyber operations, information assurance, or related security disciplines.
- Experience facilitating large-scale planning, execution, synchronization, and continuous improvement events.
- Experience using enterprise collaboration and program management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering teams, program leadership, vendors, PMO personnel, and external cybersecurity organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership, remain actively engaged, and drive issues to resolution.
- Required Certification: Candidates must hold at least one of the following certifications:
- SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE)
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
- SAFe Practice Consultant SPC)
$100,000 - $180,000 a year
The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
