Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, development -focused individual to join our Solutions Team in South Florida. This role offers a unique opportunity for innovative and entrepreneurial -minded individuals to help shape exciting new partnerships. This is not a remote position. All Solutions Team operations occur in person.

Requirements

• Identify and build strong relationships with potential clients, quickly establishing rapport and trust.
  
• Proactively network, attend industry events, leverage new and existing relationships, and establish unique channels to expand the organizations' client base.
  
• Collaborate directly with leadership to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
  
• Understand client needs and skillfully present the company’s cyber solutions.
  
• Maintain and nurture existing client accounts to maximize satisfaction and opportunities for growth.
  

• Exceptional interpersonal and networking skills with a natural ability to connect.
  
• Self -starter mentality with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
  
• Demonstrated business acumen and a passion for growth.
  
• Impeccable organizational skills, excellent communicator, and a meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Strategic and innovative individual who can think outside -the -box to create unique avenues for building a network and bringing in new clients.
  
• Bachelor's degree required.
  
• Local to the Fort Lauderdale / Miami area with reliable transportation.
