Solutions Architect

We are working with an exciting organization that is looking to bring on a Solution Architect who will work alongside Engineering team. In this role your will provide guidance when navigating technical decisions which will have an impact on both individual delivery teams and broader product architecture initiatives. You will remain hands-on with code as well as coaching and mentoring teams in regards to engineering. 

· Design technology solutions across the organization’s application, middleware, and data portfolios

· Interact with all levels in the organization.

· Develop trust and build effective working relationships through respectful, collaborative engagement across business and IT

· Champion test automation at all levels – unit, integration and UI level automation

· Evangelize/promote emerging architecture patterns developed by the team for wider adoption in the organization

· Foster an innovative culture across IT with an eye toward agility, scalability and reliability

· Manage multiple initiatives and work with multiple teams

Requirements

Extensive (5+ years) experience working as a hands-on Software Engineer in an agile environment with multiple programming languages, frameworks, cloud architecture.  Need to have a deep understanding of system design, domain models, data structures, and algorithms and understand how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions.

Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions
