Job Description - Solutions Center Manager-Regulatory and Support Services

Job Description:

Responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the Regulatory and Support Services team with the People Solutions Center. Oversees specialized HR operational and compliance workstreams, including immigration processing and tracking, I-9 auditing, regulatory survey and audit support, HR documentation lifecycle, license and certification tracking, and HR content governance. Ensures consistent execution, compliance, and operational efficiency while leading process improvement initiatives
  • *****The following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests for current caregivers*****

    • California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington.

Essential Functions

  • Lead and mentor Regulatory and Support Services team members to ensure high performance and extraordinary care
  • Ensure effective daily distribution of workflow while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee execution of regulatory and operational workflows, including immigration processing and tracking, I-9 auditing and regulatory survey support
  • Manage HR documentation lifecycle, license and certification tracking, and HR content creation and governance
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and other Centers of Expertise to maintain regulatory readiness
  • Identify problems, barriers, or adverse trends and implement countermeasures and improvements to resolve
  • Track and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of programs and processes, using data to drive decision-making and improvement

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership/supervisory and team management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence group processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience leading meetings and presenting to groups

Preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree obtained through an accredited institution and three years of leadership experience, or five years of relevant work experience and one year in a role requiring leadership/supervisory responsibilities
  • Experience in human resources or equivalent field

Physical Requirements

  • Interact with others requiring employee to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information
  • Operate computers, telephones, office equipment, including manipulating paper requiring the ability to move fingers and hands
  • See and read computer monitors and documents
  • Remain sitting or standing for long periods of time to perform work on a computer, telephone, or other equipment
