Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: 09:00–19:00, Monday–Sunday
Training: Fully paid, 3 weeks on-site

Your Mission

• Provide expert support on products and services with focus on customer satisfaction
• Communicate via phone, email, and chat
• Resolve inquiries using internal knowledge bases and standard processes
• Navigate CRM and ticketing tools effectively
• Hit performance targets (call handling time, resolution rate, customer happiness)
• Share feedback with the team and stay up to date through training

Who You Are

• Fluent in English + one additional language listed above
• Strong communicator with active listening and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with scripts and adapting to new tools
• Resilient and focused under pressure
• Motivated to create meaningful customer experiences
