Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Schedule: MondaySunday, 10:00-18:00 (varied 4h / 6h / 8h shifts)

About the Role

As a Solutions Consultant, you will support users of Google services, including Play Store, gPay, Google for Families, Books, and Movies. The role focuses on customer care and non-technical troubleshooting, helping customers resolve issues efficiently while delivering excellent service.

Requirements

• Fluent Slovak and good English

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts

• Valid EU passport/ID or visa under consultation

Offer

• Salary: 2,400 BGN gross per month

• Relocation package:

  • 300 BGN/month rental allowance during the contract

  • 150 BGN flight reimbursement (paid upon arrival or with the first salary)
