Solutions Consultant

Job Summary

As our Solutions Consultant you will be responsible for supporting the growth of CaseWorthy by demonstrating a thorough understanding of CaseWorthy’s value proposition and will assist in various stages of the sales process.

Responsibilities

• Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
• Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles.
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
• Model the financial business case associated with each sales opportunity.
• Manage all technical aspects of RFP/RFI responses.
• Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements.
• Collect and document competitive intelligence.
• Occasional travel nationwide, up to 10% annually.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Self-motivated, high-energy person that can thrive in a competitive but fun team environment. 
• Health or Social Service experience a plus.
• Software as a Service (SaaS) sales experience a plus. 
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM an/or case management tool(s) highly preferred. 
• Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies. 1-2 years’ experience with SQL a plus. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent presentation and creativity skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
