As a Solutions Consultant, you will go beyond answering questions — you will listen, diagnose, and solve, becoming a reliable and trusted point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers. Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound Dutch-language customer contacts via phone, email, and chat
• Understand the root cause of issues and deliver tailored, effective solutions
• Manage escalations with professionalism and clear communication
• Keep accurate records of all interactions in internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices

What we are looking for:

• Dutch: C1/C2 level (native or near-native)
• English: solid working proficiency
• Consultative, customer-first mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, target-driven environment
• Available to work on-site in Sofia
