The role involves bridging technical expertise with business context to help clients successfully utilize our platform. You will work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to craft strategies that highlight the platform's value. This is an opportunity to lead technical discussions and influence product development while collaborating with creative and passionate team members. By fostering strong client relationships and providing valuable insights, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities
- Paint the vision of the platform through engaging product demonstrations and presentations.
- Support the Sales team by addressing platform queries and showcasing its capabilities.
- Manage customer IT and Security relations during the deal cycle, handling security questionnaires and RFIs.
- Collaborate with Product and Support teams to enhance account security and influence the product roadmap.
- Design and scale technical sales efforts, connecting customers with sales and product teams.
- Create thoughtful content that engages customers and internal partners regarding the platform.
- Collaborate with teammates to refine skills and competencies, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Lead evaluations and establish success criteria for technology presales.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience.
- 4+ years in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS environment.
- Exceptional communication skills across diverse audiences, with a talent for compelling presentations.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem.
- Strong ability to balance and prioritize competing demands from customers and business needs.
- Experience in front-end development or the developer lifecycle.
