Solutions Development Manager (85N)

Summary/Objective

As a Solutions Development Manager, you will spearhead growth initiatives across all MAU segments by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your role will involve consultative selling, fostering strong relationships with clients, and developing customized solutions to meet their needs. You will drive sales and revenue generation through targeted strategies and market analysis, ensuring that our services effectively address the unique challenges within the manufacturing and supply chain industries.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  After hours work as needed required.

Work Environment or Working Conditions 

The working conditions and environments are created by our customers’ facilities both in administrative areas and manufacturing environments. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Customer sites sometimes include process manufacturing equipment and heavy power industrial vehicles.  Environments may vary from non-temperature controlled environments to GMP clean room .  

Physical Demands 

This position may require the following to be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. 

• Ability to lift 25lbs and 50lbs on occasion 

• Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours 

• Ability to climb 5 flights of stairs multiple times a day 

Travel 

This position requires up to 25% travel.
