About the Role:
We’re looking for a technically savvy, customer-facing Solutions Engineer to support Cyvl’s go-to-market team and act as the bridge between our platform and prospective customers. You’ll be the technical backbone of complex sales cycles—translating customer needs into feasible solutions, scoping integrations, and building compelling proofs of concept that demonstrate real value. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of our hardware and software stack, and the ability to speak confidently with both customers and engineers. You’ll also be encouraged to leverage AI-powered tools to streamline demos, generate visual assets, and accelerate the technical sales process.
