The Role

Fonoa is hiring Solutions Engineers (3+ years) to partner with sales on technical engagements with leading global enterprises. You will be the technical bridge between Fonoa's tax automation platform and its customers, designing and implementing solutions to complex tax compliance challenges.

What You Will Do

• Lead technical discovery, scoping and solution design for enterprise prospects with Sales.
• Deliver compelling demos and technical presentations.
• Drive API integration, gap analysis and implementation planning discussions.
• Become a deep expert in Fonoa's API suite (Lookup, Tax, Returns, Data Sharing, E-Invoicing) and advocate for product improvements.
• Support customers on technical issues and ensure a smooth handoff to implementation.

What You Bring

• 3+ years as a Solutions or Sales Engineer
• Strong REST API, JSON and SQL skills
• Excellent demo and presentation skills with enterprise customers
• Ability to work hybrid in New York (2 days per week)
• US work authorization without sponsorship
