The Autocar Solutions team fights for our customer’s needs. Every truck we make is a custom-engineered, custom-made truck that is designed to get the job done. Your Mission

• Utilize your problem-solving experience to troubleshoot truck issues from the customer over the phone.  ** Previous electrical diagnostic experience preferred
• Guide troubleshooting efforts and facilitate vehicle repairs as needed to any individual associated with an Autocar Product that has contacted Autocar for help.
• Be process driven and tenacious at determining the optimal solution for the customer.

Where will you work? This role is located at one of Autocar’s plant in either Birmingham, AL or Hagerstown, IN.
