Sonographer

Job Summary:
As a Night Sonographer, you will perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, working closely with the medical team to deliver timely, accurate imaging results. Your role is vital in assisting with patient diagnoses and treatment decisions, especially during critical night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform ultrasound imaging for abdominal and OB/GYN areas
• Ensure high standards of patient care and comfort
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, often in high-pressure situations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret and report ultrasound findings

Must-Haves:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of a certified CAAHEP-accredited school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Radiologic Technology, or a two-year allied health program
• ARDMS registration with an ABD or OB/GYN credential
• Minimum of two years of paid scanning experience

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in a Level I trauma center
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
