Sonographer - Women's Health

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to join our Women's Health team in Burlington, VT. In this role, you will perform a variety of diagnostic ultrasound procedures, primarily in OB/GYN, providing crucial imaging services to our patients. You will work independently, collaborate with physicians and peers, and contribute to the training and development of other staff.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in OB/GYN and other related areas, as needed.
• Ensure accurate and high-quality images for interpretation by physicians.
• Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in the mentoring and education of staff.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited diagnostic Sonography program.
• ARDMS OB/GYN certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months of scanning experience outside of clinical rotations, with a focus on OB/GYN.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) preferred.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to critically think and problem-solve while scanning.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.

Bonus offered: Range $10,000.00 - $15,000.00 based on years of experience.
