Minimum Qualifications:



  • Ability to display a positive, friendly attitude to maintain a positive work environment and provide excellent customer service.

  • Ability to safely operate specialized warehouse-powered and non-powered equipment: baler, tilter, tag in/tag out.

  • Mathematical and literacy skills to support job duties.

  • Ability to become certified in First aid and CPR.

  • Ability to complete GINNE safety certification training.

  • Criminal background check and driving check that meets agency standards.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Previous warehouse experience

  • First Aid or CPR certification

  • Ability to work independently and to follow directions with limited supervision.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes, evenings, weekends and holidays.


Essential Functions:



  • Being able to lift 25 lbs. continuously.

  • Standing for the duration of the assigned shift.

  • Inspect and sort items based on predetermined requirements.

  • Ability to work as part of a team.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

  • Ability to use a hand jack
