Mannapov is looking for a motivated Sorting Lead to help oversee daily warehouse sorting operations while supporting and coaching team members. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys leading by example, maintaining quality standards, and helping others succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead and support daily sorting operations to meet production goals.
• Train, coach, and provide work direction to team members.
• Ensure products are accurately scanned, sorted, labeled, counted, and processed.
• Monitor quality and accuracy while helping resolve process issues.
• Maintain training records, production logs, and operational documentation.
• Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment.
• Communicate with supervisors and other departments to keep operations running smoothly.
• Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Assist in other warehouse areas as business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ year of sorting experience preferred.
• Warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.
•  This position is only open to current or previous Mannapov Employees. 
• Leadership or team lead experience is a plus.
• Cell phone repair or electronics experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers, barcode scanners, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Experience in Sorting department at Mannapov
• Must read, write, and speak English

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently bend, reach, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with occasional outdoor exposure.
