Sourcer (contract-to-hire, on-site)

Our AI tech client, based in San Francisco, is looking for an on-site sourcer. The role is a six-month contract that could be extended. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to come on-site.

• One to three years of experience as a sourcer, preferably in the tech industry
• Able to come on-site four days a week in San Francisco
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• Strong understanding of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
