Consultant, Sourcing Execution Analyst III, Pharmaceuticals

Summary
Our mid-sized, growing pharmaceutical client is seeking a senior level sourcing execution analyst. This individual will be reporting to the Senior Director, Flexible Workforce Program. This consultant will work within the sourcing department providing daily operational support & monitoring the organization’s sourcing activities.

Responsibilities:
Assist and provide general operational support to the Sourcing function, directly organizing and monitoring sourcing activities.
Perform contract review of MSAs/MCAs & SOWs, identifying project scope, schedules, deliverables, and applicable cost structures
Document opportunities around key contracting terms such as pricing, payment terms, at-risk fees, KPIs etc.
Partner with the business and vendors to clean up contract documents where needed.
Support daily vendor/contract issues as needed
Assist Sourcing teams and business partners upon request, in performing basic research related to project specific requirements.
Maintain Sourcing activity tracker and reporting
Collaborate with internal partners such as Finance, Legal and IT as needed.
Education & Experience:
Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), college degree and/or a paralegal certificate preferred
Minimum of 6 years working experience in the Procurement organization, preferably within the Sourcing domain.
Experience with Ariba Guided Sourcing (Guided Buying) and Supplier Lifecycle Management is preferred
Demonstrated experience supporting and advising senior management with contract reviews of business activity across Commercial & Marketing, Information Technology, External Labor, and Business Service categories.
Experience within Pharma or Clinical industries a plus

Term & Start
6 month contract – potential to extend.
Start 2 weeks from an offer.
Interview Process - 2 Video Screens
Hybrid – 2 days a week onsite/as needed
