The Sourcing Lead ensures that suppliers are technically and commercially qualified, that bid processes are conducted with transparency and discipline, and that selected suppliers can meet the project\u2019s safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. This role maintains close coordination with engineering, contracts, and logistics teams to ensure seamless flow from sourcing into procurement and execution.\n\nRoles and Responsibilities:\n\n * Develop sourcing plans and bidding schedules aligned with project procurement strategy and milestones\n * Identify, prequalify, and maintain a competitive pool of capable suppliers for each scope of supply\n * Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and coordinate clarifications between suppliers and engineering teams\n * Lead commercial evaluations (CBE) and coordinate technical bid evaluations (TBE) with relevant disciplines\n * Consolidate recommendations for award, ensuring full compliance with approval and documentation requirements\n * Support contract negotiations, ensuring commercial terms align with project objectives and risk profile\n * Maintain accurate sourcing trackers, bid registers, and correspondence archives for traceability\n\n\n\nQualifications And Experience:\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or Business Administration. Equivalent sourcing experience in construction or industrial projects may be considered.\n * 10\u201315 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management for large-scale construction or industrial projects.\n * Proven ability to manage complex bid processes involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines\n * Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supplier qualification, evaluation, and negotiation practices\n * Experience coordinating between technical, commercial, and logistics teams to align sourcing deliverables with project needs\n * Previous experience and with Data Center or mission-critical facility procurement is strongly preferred.\n * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.\n * Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM, or equivalent is preferred\n * Training in commercial evaluation or supplier performance management is preferred\n * Candidates must be able to legally work and reside in the US, without sponsorship.\n\n\n\n#LI-BB1\n\n.\n
