The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:\n\n$97,900.00 - $146,900.00\n\n### Purpose Statement: Responsible for identifying materials suitable for corporate contracts within assigned commodity scope. Responsible for developing and administering contracts which take full advantage of the total corporate volume and developing supply chain strategies to yield component contracts at the lowest Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). \n\n### Key Job Accountabilities:\n\n * ### Ensure the commercial and cost savings benefits are realized at the P\u0026L level and drive the commodity via a P\u0026L structure to achieve targeted net parts margin.\n\n * ### Identify opportunities for operational excellence and cost saving within the commodity families assigned to achieve established cost reduction targets.\n\n * ### Support sites in the region when critical component escalations arise.\n\n * ### Provide functional guidance to junior / new hire in accomplishing operational objectives\n\n * ### Cultivate and maintain regional and global strategic supplier relationships with their executives for all major component types within assigned commodities.\n\n * ### Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential.\n\n\n\n\n### Education/Experience Qualifications:\n\n * ### Bachelor\u2019s degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in the related field, or a Master\u2019s degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience. May require previous supervisory experience.\n\n\n\n\n### Other Qualifications:\n\n * ### Procurement, supply chain, distribution, and logistics competence\n\n * ### Strong experience driving KPIs\n\n * ### Demonstrated commodity management expertise\n\n * ### Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization\n\n * ### Strong data analysis and Decision-making capabilities\n\n * ### Continuous improvement mindset\n\n * ### Project management experience\n\n * ### Cross-Border Labor Compliance: Knowledge of Mexican labor laws (LFT) and the IMMEX/Maquiladora program to understand how sourcing decisions impact trade compliance and duties.\n\n * ### Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Analysis: Ability to look beyond unit price to account for logistics, inventory carrying costs, and nearshoring advantages.\n\n * ### Supplier Risk Management: Experience developing US or regionalization strategies\n\n * ### Contract Negotiation: Deep experience negotiating Long Term Agreements (LTAs) with raw material indexation.\n\n\n\n * ### APQP \u0026 PPAP Knowledge: Familiarity with Advanced Product Quality Planning and the Production Part Approval Process.\n\n * ### Should-Cost Modeling: Ability to use technical knowledge of die casting and machining to build \"bottom-up\" cost models.\n\n\n\n\n### Physical Requirements:\n\n * ### Professional office environment with suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and low noise level. May require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, using a computer, and other office equipment.
