Sourcing Manager

To support ZenniHomeTM continuous growth, the Sourcing Manager needs to install strategic and operative sourcing processes to establish a competitive, high quality, global supply base in close collaboration with design, development, and factory operation. You lead and execute the global search for competitive, high-quality suppliers to achieve BOM target cost, on-time delivery, and quality in the given time frame. The role reports to Zennihome’s COO.

Responsibilities

Establish, execute, and continuously improve the efficient sourcing process to achieve BOM cost in the given time frame.
Define target cost with design and marketing
Establish, manage, and continuously improve sourcing to lower cost and improve quality.
Establish, execute and continuously improve service concepts.
Achieve On Time Delivery, Quality and Cost targets to ensure and continue ZenniHome’s profitable growth.
Drive regular price negotiation with suppliers and drive ratio activities with design, development, logistics and manufacturing.
Drive ratio activities with suppliers.
Establish and drive project purchase activities.
Collaborate with Logistics to achieve the best landed cost for material.
Integrate Sourcing processes into Zennihomes’ MRP system.
Implement, continuously improve KPRs and KPIs
Drive on time delivery, financial excellence with operational efficiency.
Be a respected and valuable player in Zennihomes’ operation team
Requirements

MBA or bachelor’s degree in engineering and/or supply base management.
3 years track record in establishing and leading global sourcing. China, Mexico and Eastern Europe are a plus.
2 years’ work experience in logistics and procurement
Background in sourcing of home related supply, like household appliances, furniture, tiles, armatures, but also steel
Solid financial background
3 years leadership
Accountability and structured thinking and working
Work experience in MRP systems.
Proficiency in using software to automate and digitize sourcing processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, team, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
