Position Specific Description The Sourcing Manager will lead a team of services sourcing professionals in the development and execution of sourcing strategies and operations. This position will be responsible for leading and developing employees, applying commercial and technical concepts to sourcing opportunities, and managing a pool of commodities or categories as assigned. Effective communications within the supply chain organization as well as with internal customers and suppliers will be key to success. Prior experience in services sourcing leadership is highly valued. Employees in this role lead sourcing strategy, supplier selection and qualification, contract development and overall sourcing management for the entire contract and commodity life cycle.
