Job Description - Sourcing Recruiter

Summary/Objective: The Sourcing Recruiter will support the organization’s recruiting efforts by establishing and maintaining a pool of potential candidates. Performs work under general supervision. Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses solid working knowledge of subject matter. May act as a lead or first-level supervisor.
Essential functions:
Accountable for the Job Posting in Paylocity / LinkedIn Recruiter seat.
Works with outside agencies when approved and required.
Proactively build relationships with outside agencies for specialized areas.
Identifies and targets

candidates that could meet the organization's current and future talent needs.
Develops a candidate pipeline and maintains relationships through online or in-person networking.
Encourages candidate interest in the position to be filled by promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Guides candidates through the application process.
Maintains ATS for the company as the primary source for pipeline.
Prepares recruiting data analytics (e.g., time to fill)
Plans and attends campus (career fair) recruiting events, including career fairs, on-campus interviews, or networking events:
Reviews and assesses applicants' education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and career advancement opportunities.
Represents the organization on campus or within the community and positions the organization as an employer of choice.
Responsible for the development and/or implementation of internship or co-op program.
Secure partnerships with key universities or institutions, resulting in active working relationships.
Build HDI Brand
Work with Marketing team to build targeted marketing campaign utilizing social media platforms or other means of popular communication.
Consults with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates.
Reviews and assesses applicants’ education, experience, training, and other qualifications.
Work with hiring manager to ensure maintenance of job description catalog for all positions.
Schedules interviews and coordinates interviewers or panels.
Initiates the Predictive Index behavioral and cognitive tests.
Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background checks and drug tests.
Prepares recruiting forms for PERM recruitment.
Prepares and extends job offers.
Notifies applicants of rejection.
Set-up the New Hire for the onboarding process through Paylocity.
Personnel file\i9 maintenance.
Assists HR Team with other duties when necessary.

Previous experience with payroll software.
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's Degree (Business or HR related)
5-7 years' experience
Preferred experience - work in the insurance industry or related field
Work environment : Office- noise level is usually moderate.
Physical demands :
Light work exerting up to 20 pounds or force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move around computers, projectors, training supplies and materials.
Standing, particularly for extended periods of time when training
Talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of spoken work.
Reaching, extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
