OVERVIEW

Join a leading energy company as a Sourcing Specialist II where you'll execute critical procurement strategies for assigned business areas. In this role, you'll administer policies and programs for contracted services and materials while preparing sourcing agreements that drive value and efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute the sourcing process for assigned business areas, collaborating with business units, legal experts, and ISC personnel
• Analyze responses to bid requests and recommend appropriate suppliers for contract awards
• Conduct negotiations and lead/participate in sourcing project teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with business units and suppliers
• Provide market data to support supplier selection and performance management
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and participate in sourcing data analysis
• Develop new supply sources and monitor supplier performance

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• 1+ years of supply chain/procurement experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Excellent customer service skills

COMPENSATION

• Pay Rate: Up to $44.27/hour, depending on experience
