📍 Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Additional hours may be required for catering events)

🔥 What You'll Do:

• Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations


• Assist with food prep, cooking, plating, and presentation


• Lead and motivate kitchen staff during service


• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness


• Help execute off-site catering events with precision and professionalism


• Contribute to menu development and prep planning

🔪 What We’re Looking For:

• 4+ years experience as a Sous Chef. 


• Strong culinary skills and kitchen leadership


• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented


• Able to adapt to changing priorities and fast-paced environments


• Team player with a passion for food and service
